Insulation Walls

Insulate the windows and doors by caulking the frames and using spray foam insulation for particularly large spaces. Install weatherstripping and sweeps to the bottom of the doors, including and especially the big overhead doors. To keep the garage cool, make sure the door is painted a light color on the outside so it will reflect heat.
